It's hard being a foster parent! Anyone who has ever been a foster parent knows that there are hundreds of reasons to quit foster parenting. In fact, I've heard that the average foster parent only last 10-18 months before they throw in the towel and call it quits. Why are foster parents throwing in the towel?
